Shipping Policy

Welcome to the HIROYASU Official Store. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order; by placing an order, you signify your agreement to this policy.
I. Order Processing Time
· All orders will be processed and dispatched within [1-3] business days following payment confirmation. (Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.)
· For pre-order items, customized products, or items delayed due to stock shortages, the estimated shipping time will be clearly indicated on the respective product page.
· In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather, pandemics, customs inspections, etc.), processing times may be delayed; we will notify you promptly should this occur.
Note: Order processing time is calculated separately from shipping transit time.
II. Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times
We offer the following delivery options; actual transit times are subject to the carrier, destination, and customs clearance procedures:
Shipping Methods: Standard Shipping and International Express Shipping (available to most regions worldwide).
Standard Shipping: 25–35 business days.
Express Shipping: 5–8 business days.
Deliveries to remote areas may experience additional delays. These transit times are estimates only; the "Delivered" date indicated on the postal stamp or tracking information shall not serve as absolute proof for claims regarding delayed delivery compensation.
III. Shipping Fees
· Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the item's weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method, and are clearly displayed on the checkout page.
· Free Shipping Threshold: Standard shipping is free on orders totaling [Amount] or more; Express shipping is free on orders totaling [Amount] or more (where applicable).
· Shipping fee waivers offered during periodic promotional events shall be subject to the specific terms outlined on the event page.
IV. International Shipping and Customs Duties
· Packages shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), excise taxes, or other customs clearance fees levied by the destination country's customs authorities. Such taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and cannot be estimated by us in advance.
· If a package is returned, destroyed, or abandoned because the recipient refuses to pay the applicable customs duties, we will deduct the following costs from any potential refund:
· The original round-trip shipping costs;
· Any handling fees or customs duties incurred due to the return. · The recipient of a cross-border order shall be deemed the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
· Certain items may be detained or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions in various countries; please familiarize yourself with local regulations before purchasing, as we accept no liability for such occurrences.
V. Package Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may track your package using the following methods:

If your package's shipping status remains unchanged for more than 10 business days, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you in initiating an inquiry with the carrier.
VI. Address Accuracy
· Please carefully verify your shipping address when placing an order. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any delivery failures, return shipments, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
· If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately *before* the order is shipped. Once a package has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed; however, if the carrier supports package interception and rerouting, any additional fees incurred for this service shall be borne by the buyer.
VII. Loss, Delays, and Damage
Lost Packages
· If the tracking status indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check your mailroom, front desk, neighbors' homes, or any secure locations around your property, and then contact your local post office.
· Once you have confirmed that the package is indeed missing, please contact us within 7 days. We will cooperate with the carrier to conduct an investigation. During the investigation period, a replacement shipment or refund will be issued only after we have received official confirmation from the carrier that the package has been lost.
Shipping Damage
· Please inspect your package in person at the time of delivery/signing. If you discover any damage, please refuse to accept the package and take photographs immediately.
· If you discover that items were damaged during transit *after* having signed for the package, please provide unboxing photos and clear visual evidence of the damage within 7 days of receipt. We will then arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a full refund. Requests submitted after this 7-day period may not be accepted.
Severe Delays
· If you have not received your package 15 days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, you may contact us to initiate an investigation. We are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement shipment until the results of the investigation have been finalized.
VIII. Return Shipping
If you wish to return an item, please first review our Return and Exchange Policy. For returns unrelated to product quality, the return shipping costs are typically borne by the buyer; we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and signature confirmation services. In the event of a return or exchange due to product defects, we will cover the return shipping costs (specific procedures will be guided by our customer service team).
